When you submit a refund request at refund.washinlaundry.com, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, mailing address, email address, details about your visit to one of our locations, and your preferred refund method (FasCard / rewards card number, CashApp $cashtag, or mailing address). We use this information solely to process your refund and resolve your concern.
No mobile phone numbers or mobile opt-in data will be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Our refund system sends operational text messages (refund request alerts and processing confirmations) to the business owner's own phone. Customers do not receive marketing text messages from us.
